How to cook a variety of Pastries will be taught in a single class. In a duration of 4 hours, the camp will cover the following cakes:

• • Basic Sponge Cake (Egg & Egg less)
  • Chocolate cake(Egg & Egg less)
  • Mixed Fruit Pastry / Pineapple Pastry/ butter scotch cake( other variety also)
  • Choco Truffle Pastry/ white forest cake
  • Black Forest Cake/ death by chocolate cake
  • Basic Decoration of Pastries(glaze iceing, Chocolate & Nozzles)

Duration: 4 hours Course Fee: INR 2500

Equipment, ingredients & other raw materials will be provided in the class.
